How is Good Hands Milk different from other milk?
The milk we procure from farmers goes through the strictest of standards in terms of quality testing and rigorous process before it is packed in the milk cartons. The milk is unaltered and processed without any addition of powder or preservatives. Moreover, our carton provides a great deal of convenience and easy usability without having the fear of spilling vis a vis from a milk pouch.

How can I order Milk?
The milk can be ordered through Good Hands Dairy App available on Apple app store and Android play store. You can also order through our website www.goodhandsdairy.co or chat via customer care no. 9841000042. We will share the links to the plan on whatsapp and its convenient if you are not ordering through the app.

What is the billing cycle?
The minimum subscription is for 15 days and if in case of orders being completed before the 15 days cycle is ended, we will prompt you to recharge your account. In case you are traveling and you put your account on hold for three days, the account balance will be carry forwarded and you will only be asked to recharge your account when the account balance is low.

How to contact your customer care?
We are reachable from 9:30 am to 6 pm on all working days through our customer care no: 9841000042. We are also available on whatsapp for the above timing mentioned. Our website has a query section where you can send us your questions. Or you could mail us at cc@goodhandsdairy.co

What are the benefits for regular customers?
We have exciting offers and gifts that come your way now and then.

What is the product range that you offer?
We are launching with our cow milk to begin with and going forward we will have a whole range of dairy and non dairy products that we will launch in the coming months.

What are the modes of Payments?
You can choose to pay via Net banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI etc from our app. In case of not using the app, we will create and share the link for payment through whatsapp or sms.

How do I make changes to order?
You can make changes to order by logging in with your registered mobile number and add or cancel for the next day or for the next few days. In case your orders are completed before the cycle ends, we will prompt you for payment four days prior to refill your account with sufficient balance.

Is your subscription prepaid only?
Yes, as of now, we are offering prepaid services only.

Are there any charges for home delivery?
No, there are no charges for home delivery of the products that we offer.

What is the timing of the delivery?
We deliver milk in the morning anytime between 5:30 am to 8 am.

What is the cut off time to make changes to my order?
You can choose to cancel/add product delivery for next day before 5 pm of the previous day. This ensures our schedule is in place and we have enough time to process the order.

Why can’t you delivery to my pincode?
We are working everyday to expand our network to far reaching areas and we will update whenever we are open for delivery in your area.

How to change my address?
You can login to the website with your registered mobile no and make changes in the profile section or choose to contact us via 9841000042. We will be happy to update it for you.

How can I change my phone no?
You cannot change your mobile number, however, you can start a new plan and discard the old subscription when the orders are replenished.

When do I have to pay for each billing cycle?
We will send reminders for payment for the next billing cycle four days prior when your account balance is low. This will ensure continued services of milk delivery at your door step.
